It is interesting to me that the word courage is often associated with both the heart and the dagger entering the heart. The courage it takes to love someone has always had connotations of pain associated with it.
I contend though that it doesn’t take courage to love someone – it takes trust and the courage lies in believing in that trust. Once the trust is broken, it takes courage to take the risk of loving someone with a full heart again.
Confusing? Not really because the answer lies in believing in ourselves especially in the name of ℓσѵε …
Once we believe in ourselves, we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit.
