Every once in while I paint something that I can’t seem to part with. This is one such piece that I don’t tire of. I remember the emotion I put into it and the meaning of it. It was inspired by a photo of a street in Chablis, France.

I have a very small collection of watercolors one dating back to the 1800’s. I prefer watercolor they speak to me as does this one of yours. I am so pleased to know I can just pop over to your site and see such beautiful work. thank you or sharing your gift!

Wow Len the 1800’s – I wonder what sort of paper would last so long. Now we have acid free to ensure colour quality and prevent yellowing. I hope you will photograph it and post it one day.
Thanks so much.

Until I attended a show of strictly water colours I had no idea of their range. Sadly, I have been told there is NO market for them.
